1. Arranging meeting in person or via telephone consultation to understand your property requirements in depth
2. Once you have signed our terms and paid the initial retainer fee we will begin to preview properties.
3. We will then take you to view shortlisted properties within 7-14 days.
4. We will continue to search the market until a suitable property has been sourced within your retainer.
5. We negotiate the offer and manage the purchasing process including liaising with your mortgage lender or broker.
6. We manage all communication channels, whether this be with the estate agents, solicitors or surveyors to ensure that your property purchase and move is as stress free and efficient for you as possible

Following an initial discussion and analysis, suitable nursery or school options would be identified which could be in the UK state or private independent part. The Atlas Real Estate London will liaise with the local education authorities as well as the preferred schools to check availability of places and support you with a nursery/school search. We will arrange visits to schools and can accompany you on those visits. Our school search covers all areas and types of schools from nursery kindergarten to University assistance. We can help with entrance examinations preparation for some of the finest schools in the United Kingdom.

When relocating to London there is a big decision as to whether you would like you child/children to go to a fee-paying independent school or a state-run school. You can opt for a British led curriculum or International Baccalaureate at certain schools. You can also consider a faith school. İt’s better you start the process of considering schools very soon. With independent schools once you have chosen a school you may need to pay a fee to reserve a place. However, you cannot reserve a place with a state school. Most education authorities will want you to be living in the schools’ catchment areas and will need to see your tenancy agreement to accept a school application as well as pupil’s move in date to that house.
